1. Pre-Primary Section

The most important part of life is from the age 0 to 6years where 90% of the brain gets developed.  A home away from home with a friendly and hygienic environment for the little ones. GIES is a wonderful world of fun and learning. We plan and create activities that help growing children in developing learning abilities. Play-centric activities foster the major domains of development such as cognitive, social, emotional, sensory, fine and gross motor development. We give children a new stimulating experience though good story books, ample play materials, music, puppetry, outings and a host of events conducted throughout the year. We motivate the children to learn with joy and to become confident and independent and prepare them for the formal schooling.

2. Primary Section and Secondary Section

• Academics

Learning gives creativity, creativity leads to thinking, thinking provides knowledge and knowledge makes the child great. The school runs as per the CBSE norms. Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) is followed in the school.

• Competitive Exams

Students of GIES participate in Competitive exams such as the Scholarship exams for Std V and VIII, Drawing (Elementary & Intermediate) Exam, Hindi Rashtra Bhasha Exam, Navodaya Entrance Exam, Olympiads of various subjects and Abacus/Vedic Maths.

• Sports

Physical education is the most important part of a child’s growth. It helps a child to inculcate spirit of positive challenges and healthy sportsmanship. GIES is a home to huge play ground with a cricket and football ground, basketball court, volley ball court, badminton court, Indoor activity hall, a turf and an upcoming swimming pool. Our vision, soon our students should be able to play at the taluka, district, state and national level.

The students of our school are dived into four houses 

Ashoka House (Red House), Shivaji House (Blue House).

Rana Pratap House (Green House), Maurya House (Yellow House)

• School Activities

Various co-curricular activities are held regularly to develop a child physically, morally socially and mentally and to explore their skills and talents in the co-scholastic areas. 

• Remedial Teaching

Every child is special.

A special remedial classroom is allotted to for the children who need etra help to cope up with the normal class. Special teachers are appointed and they work towards bringing these children to the level of the class in which they were admitted. 

• Health and Hygiene

The school has a special infirmary (Doctors room) where children are taken care when not well. Special programmes are conducted by teachers to teach about good touch and bad touch. Education with regards to menstrual cycle is given to girls from class V onwards
